Due to continued success we are currently looking for a Senior c c+ Developer to join their team. I should note that my client have recently been bough out by a major player in the VOIP Solutions market and the plan is for further growth - This is a great time to join a team where you can expect a solid career and an excellent benefits package - my client will pay strong basic salary (50-80 for the right person). Responsibilities: The Senior C/C++ & Linux Software Development Engineer is responsible for release design and planning and working with management teams on regular code reviews. The Developer will also write application code and must be expert in all aspects of C/C++ and Linux including both front-end and back-end detailed design, development, and unit testing of all code developed. Additional responsibilities include documenting code developed and fixing bugs in the development for various applications. Primary duties * C/C++ development including design * Linux development including design Secondary duties * Develop project plans related to software deliverables. * Work with operations team on bug fixing * Maintain trouble ticketing system data Essential Skill requirement * Good understanding and working knowledge (5 years +) C/C++ * Detailed understanding and working knowledge (5 years +) of Linux (prefer EL) * Working knowledge of IP architecture * Working knowledge of Linux to Administrator level * System and software design experience Further Skills Requirements * Ability to multitask and drive issues to resolution * Good written and verbal communications skills In the first instance please send your cv in confidence.
