BDM - IT Testing Solutions - £100k ote IH3050 BTA Sales Recruitment Limited All UK £40000 - £45000 per annum + £100k ote, pension, health Email marlons@bladentaylor.co.uk                         Job Description: An exciting and potentially very financial attractive opportunity has arisen to sell a diverse range of IT testing software including IT quality testing, critical bug detection and code quality management for a market leaser. The opportunity will be targeting the French market place where they already have a number of existing relationships in place and are looking to further develop the market through a direct sales business model as opposed to their previous model of through a channel partner. The Role You will be responsible for the French region. Initially you will be sole person responsible for developing business in the French region dealing with both a number of existing customers (50%) and also new prospects. There is also the opportunity to grow and develop a sales team based on the initial success of the role as well. Typical target customers would be in the aerospace, automotive, manufacturing and / or embedded market place. The Company This is a privately owned organisation that is enjoying a successful period and looking to further capitalise on that by growing their direct salesforce and moving away a channel based model and selling direct on their back of their growing reputation. The Candidate You will be highly successful IT software sales professional with a track record of success in new business and account management within the French market place. Any exposure to a technical IT solution set would be highly advantageous as it would if you had a technical background of some sort before moving in to sales as this is a technical tool set. The Package On offer is an attractive base salary of £40-£45k with a rewarding bonus structure with an uncapped ote of £100,000.
